Description

Very small, shallow water bodies flowing through deciduous woodland. Diverse and variable ground flora, understory often well-developed with frequent Hazel (Corylus avellana) and canopy dominated by Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) and Field Maple (Acer campestre), Oak (Quercus sp.) also common.
